Wholesome Life Wellness was created from the belief that wellbeing isn't something to optimise.
It's something to return to.
This work supports capable women who feel stretched, mentally full, or disconnected to slow down, create space, and reconnect with themselves so they can live with greater intention, alignment, and vitality.
Rather than adding more to your life, we begin by understanding how your life is already being lived — creating space to connect, reflect, refine, and build a way of living that feels sustainable, supportive, and true to who you are.
a different way of approaching wellbeing.
meet Paige.
I’m Paige, founder of Wholesome Life Wellness, supporting women to slow down, create space, and reconnect with themselves so they can live with greater intention, alignment, and vitality.
Before becoming a wellness practitioner, I worked in science and research, completing a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (Honours) and beginning doctoral research exploring human behaviour and decision-making. During that time, I realised I had become disconnected from the way I wanted to live. Although the path looked successful on paper, it no longer felt sustainable, meaningful, or aligned with what mattered most to me.
Stepping away from that path marked the beginning of a slower, more intentional way of living. One that invited me to honour my capacity, reconnect with my values, and create more space for nervous system regulation, movement, mindfulness, creativity, and the everyday practices that genuinely support wellbeing.
Today, my work brings together professional training and lived experience to support women in doing the same. I draw on wellness coaching, movement, and energy-based practices, together with health and counselling-informed principles, to support a deeper reconnection to the body, emotions, and inner awareness.
I don't believe wellbeing comes from doing more or striving harder. I believe it grows from creating the space to slow down, connect, reflect, and make choices that feel aligned with who you are and how you want to live.
My role isn't to tell you what that should look like. It's to walk alongside you as you rediscover what feels meaningful to you—and help you weave it into the way you live.
values that shape this space.
Kindness
We lead with care and respect. We value people as they are — not as who they “should” be — and we choose compassion over judgement in how we relate, support, and show up.
Creativity
Exploring flexible and thoughtful ways to approach wellbeing, making space for curiosity, play, and new perspectives.
Sustainability
Supporting changes that are realistic, meaningful, and maintainable over time.
Spaciousness
Slowing down, creating room to breathe, be present in the body-mind, and prioritise what genuinely matters.
Growth
Supporting gradual, values-aligned change without pressure or perfectionism.
Integrity
Practising in an ethical, evidence-informed way that respects each person’s autonomy and lived experience. This means staying within scope, being transparent, communicating clearly, maintaining boundaries, showing up honestly, and supporting the development of skills and confidence that promote independently managed wellbeing.
Trust & Respect
Creating a space where people can speak openly, feel heard, and make decisions that align with their own values.

“Before working with Paige, my life was very organised: plenty of goals, a solid routine, and a strong commitment to physical wellbeing. What I was less good at was self-compassion and making space for anything that didn’t look like productive effort. Working with Paige helped me realise that creativity had quietly disappeared from my life somewhere between a full Google calendar and chasing other goals. Through our sessions, we found simple, realistic ways to bring it back without turning it into another thing to optimise. The result is that life feels a lot more balanced and spacious. I still have structure, but there’s now room for creativity and a bit more flexibility and kindness toward myself along the way. I wholeheartedly thank Paige.”
